Returns

Need to return an order? Nothing could be easier!

To initiate a return, simply fill – out the return form and send the completed form along with the scanned copy to sklep@medesign.pl. You have a 14-day window to do this, starting from the date you received the shipment.
Make sure to pack the unused product securely in the original box it came in.
For returning the parcel you can use any InPost paczkomat in Poland. Please indicate “LOD88M Paczkomat (ul. Pomorska 118, Łódź 90-001)” as the recipient.

No need to worry about printing the label; just write down the provided tracking number on the package.
